Our 2205 duplex stainless steel anode tube bundle is a high-performance collecting electrode assembly for wet electrostatic precipitators and electric tar precipitators. It consists of multiple hexagonal 2205 duplex stainless steel anode tubes, upper and lower frames, stiffening plates, flange connections and supporting structures, forming a complete grounded anode system for WESP operation.

2205 duplex stainless steel has a dual-phase austenitic-ferritic structure with high chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen content, giving it significantly higher yield strength and better chloride corrosion resistance than 304 or 316L stainless steel. Its PREN value typically reaches above 32–35, making it especially suitable for wet flue gas environments with high chloride ions, acid mist, temperature fluctuation or long service life requirements.
